
Timiki Salinas is a theatre/film artist with a deep passion for devising. He is a co-founder of The Bellwether Project, an anti-hierarchical arts collective that creates work for theater, film, and hybrid spaces using the principles of radical nuance and radical joy. Favorite credits include Becky Nurse of Salem (Lincoln Center), Dr. Rees Ziti’s Pageant For A Better Future (The Bellwether Project), The Legend of Georgia McBride (Ivoryton Playhouse), and Cymbeline (Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival). He received his BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and further studied movement at the Moscow Art Theater, Odin Teatret, SITI Company, and Teater Sláva,

Julie Sandler (she/her) is a New York-based actor, director, producer and filmmaker. She is thrilled to be a company member of the American Mime Theatre. Recent acting credits include Hamlet: Prince of Denmark (14 Street Y), The Shakespearean Crossdressers Support Group (American Theatre for the Actors), Operation: Destroy Beff Jezos (Studio 45), Short Plays Where the Queers Win (WOW Cafe Theater), and Yes, But I Have To. She recently founded a production company with one of her close friends called kindakismet productions. She is a proud member of the Letter of Marque theater company. Julie also works as an Impact Producer on several documentaries, such as CURED, an Emmy-nominated film that premiered on PBS; THE LAVENDER SCARE, ANXIETY CLUB and others.

Taylor Moury (she/her) is a New York-based actor, singer, dancer, and occasional costumer. She is passionate about storytelling through movement and is currently focusing on the development of new works.
“I am an over-communicator. I have been anxious to be understood, truly understood, clearly, for as long as I can remember. I have therefore always been drawn to the art of storytelling. Early in my performance career, I fell in love with the realization that my mere presence could tell a story before I ever opened my mouth. In training at AMT, I am able to bring this love of using physicality to tell vivid stories to a like-minded community of artists and collaborators.”

John Meehan is an actor, writer and improvisor that’s excited to be part of the American Mime Theater Company. He’s an alumni of Second City Hollywood Conservatory, Improv Olympic West, Pack Theater improv, sketch writing, tv writing, character performance and clown/physical comedy programs. He was a performer and writer at Second City Hollywood for six years as part of their house ensembles. He wrote and performed his 1-person play A Shot Of Courage at various regional comedy festivals such as Solocom, Uptown Comedy Festival in Utica, Hudson Valley Comedy Festival, Miami Improv Festival and QED Astoria. He has also performed in regional and Off-Off Broadway plays. He also studied the Strasberg Method of acting for six years at Venice Actors Studio in Florida.

Francesco Pireddu is an actor and a dancer based in NYC. Francesco has performed at the Royal Opera House, New York Live Arts, Medicine Show Theater, Dixon Place, Metropolitan Opera, Lincoln Center Plaza, Triad Theater, and more. He danced in The Nutcracker at Mohegan Sun Arena, and has performed with choreographers such as Marina Van Hoecke, Lindsay Kemp, Micha Van Hoecke, Romayne Grigorova, Roberto Villanueva, Linda Diamond, among others.
Francesco is also a longtime Yoga instructor.
“My experience at the AMT is teaching me powerful lessons when it comes to awareness and being present. My comfort zone is greatly challenged, and I am discovering new ways of moving my body.”

curtis howard
Curtis Howard (he/him) is an NYC-based actor, dancer, theatre-maker, creative producer, theatrical JOAT, and proud member of The American Mime Theatre. You may have seen him touring New England, juggling hats as a circus ringmaster with Hideaway Circus, or in NYC back-up dancing for Anthony Rapp in the play Daedalus Lounge, or regionally hating on Sierra Boggess in West Side Story.
He was also the acting coach for the off-Broadway dance show Breakin' NYC. When Curtis is not performing, he has found a home in NYC’s technical theater world, where he has been a tech director on dozens of off- and off-off-Broadway shows. He’s made costumes, masks, and headdresses for Ringling Bros and built sets all over the city.

Mungo Alexander (they/them) is an NYC Actor, Singer, Physical performer, puppeteer and general theatre fella about town. They are thrilled to be joining a long history of miming and exploring the wonderful world of American Mime. Mungo has a BFA in acting from Towson University where they discovered a love of movement based theatre. They specialize in on the floor expressive movement which they lovingly refer to as Slithering.
“I’ve always been interested in Mimes. As a physical theatre practitioner I’m always looking for new ways to practice and develop storytelling through the human body. And American mime is just that!"

LAUREN CRIVELLI
Lauren Crivelli (she/her) is a native New Yorker, actress, improviser, dancer, gymnast, and comedy writer. As a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, she is a human encyclopedia on all things fashion. She regularly performs improv at The Second City and Uprights Citizen Brigade.
“Marcel Marceau was known for looking big on stage, and as a short woman I've found empowerment through being a larger than life mime. What excites me about AMT is Janet's rhythm and teachings-- and the fact that she's learned from the best. I love the dedication to keep Mime alive and only elevate the art form.”

Jack Dillon (they/he) is a NYC based actor, model and movement artist. They are passionate about theatre for social change, accessible storytelling, and joyful collaboration. Favorite credits include Astrov in Uncle Vanya (Boston University), Macbeth (LAMDA), Duke Vincentio in Measure for Measure (Colombia University). Jack was a 2024 BroadwayWorld Nominee for Best Performance in a Play (Off-Broadway) for Company of Man (AMT Theater). Jack received a BFA in Acting from Boston University. They’ve additionally trained at LAMDA, The Atlantic Acting School and the SITI company.
“I was drawn to The American Mime Theatre to hone my skills as a physical storyteller. I was attracted to a rigorous environment where I can play and collaborate with other movement artists.

Kate Shoulders is an actor, musician, and traditional artist based out of New York. They are a recent college graduate and are very excited to join The American Mime Theatre Company. Recent credits include The Spyglass Seven (Evening Crane Theatre), Much Ado About Nothing (Strange Fish Productions) and A Fundraiser for The Trevor Project (Green Room 42). Kate is a member of Belle Voci Intergenerational Choral Society and has performed with Long Island Sound Vocal Jazz. They are also a painting instructor and hope to become the next Bob Ross.
"I fell in love with physical devising in college and am always looking to explore new mediums to create. AMT seemed like a great opportunity to do just that."

Melanie Santos Cordero (they/them) is an Ecuadorian-Canadian actor and theatre maker based in New York City. Melanie is also co-artistic director of 5CProductions, a collective creating bold, empathetic work that amplifies underrepresented voices. Some of their favorite credits include Doalty in Translations (Neighborhood Playhouse), The Moon in Blood Wedding (TFS), and Sana in the short film Mariah ¡qué baile!. Their work combines honest storytelling, collaboration, and physically grounded performance to explore love, resilience, and human connection.
"I’m drawn to American Mime because it asks for total commitment to the body and to presence. I love how precise and detailed it is and how that structure actually sets me free to play, explore, and make the work my own. AMT feels like a place where I can connect to a long and fascinating tradition while telling stories that can really move an audience."
