SCHOOL

The mission of our school is to support and train artists to Act through Movement and Form. We seek to instill the Technique, Procedures, and High-Form of the American Mime Medium. Guided by the process and procedure of our founder, Paul J. Curtis, we pass on an artistic medium that invites performers to shift from their Social State into the limitless expressive potential of the Creative State.

AMERICAN MIME CORE TECHNIQUE CLASS

Our foundational school offering is American Mime Core Technique: a deep dive into the methods and procedures of the American Mime medium. Artists will learn to "act through form" and explore American Mime as a medium of creation, collaboration, and ultimate expression.

AMERICAN MIME CORE TECHNIQUE CLASS

Activate your body, mind and spirit to reach new heights of authentic and intimate expression. This is more than a class - it's a journey into the art of presence, precision, and connection.

PHYSICAL STORYTELLING:

Using Fundamentals of Etienne Decroux and Marcel Marceau, students will develop a foundation of Corporeal Mime, as well as proficiencies in illusory exercises.
