Janet Carafa is an internationally respected mime artist, educator, yoga master and author dedicated to revitalizing and expanding the legacy of American Mime. As a longtime AMT performer, Janet trained extensively with Paul J. Curtis in New York and also studied with Marcel Marceau in Paris, giving her a unique mastery of both American and European traditions of mime.

In 1975, Gregg Goldston saw a performance by Marcel Marceau and immediately began his pursuit of the art of mime. Born in Los Angeles, Gregg first trained under Richmond Shepard, then later moved to NYC where he also studied with Moni Yakin and Stefan Niedzielski. During this era, he created and produced three Two-Hour solo performances, opened his own mime studio, and began touring his show throughout the United States, and later Internationally. In 1980, he founded The Goldston School for Mimes Summer Intensive in Ohio. His School hosted Five 2-Week Summer Intensives by the legendary Marcel Marceau, who stated to the press: “Goldston is creating the first generation of American Mimes.” In 2000, Gregg was an Assistant Performer to Marcel Marceau during his 2000 to 2002 USA tours. In 2004, Goldston also performed lead roles in the Marcel Marceau Compagnie tours in the USA. In 2008, Gregg Goldston created “The School of Modern Mime” Summer Intensive in Warsaw, Poland,

PHYSICAL COMEDY with Mark Stolzenberg

Mark Stolzenberg came in fifth in the world in an international circus competition. He was a clown with Ringling Bros. B & B Circus and has toured the world as a clown and circus artist. He was the first American clown to perform on stage in China. His film, "My Father the Clown" was honored at THE LINCOLN CENTER DANCE ON FILM SERIES. Mark was the artistic director and star performer in NYC's Northwind Circus and he toured with his stage shows, "Pierrot and Pirouette" and "Circus Follies". Mark made numerous featured performances as a clown and circus artist on LATE NIGHT WITH DAVID LETTERMAN. He was featured on the cover of NEW YORK MAGAZINE which called him "0ne of the hidden delights of NY's little theatres"
